Salon Policies

Please read the following policies before booking an appointment.

In order to provide the best service possible I ask that you thoroughly review the follow policies to avoid any fees. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following.

New Guests
To prep for your service arrive with your hair down, minimal product, dry, and with no pins clips, or rubber bands.

A detangling fee applies after 15 minutes of detangling. $50/hour


Color Guests
In order to receive a color service you must first come in for a “Seasonal Refresh Experience”. All color appointments require a color consultation which can be done during your original appointment.

Color service are offered to returning clients only. This will give me a chance to work with and properly access the integrity of your hair and properly detox your hair from other products and chemicals.

All new color clients must pay a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 to secure their appointment. The $100 dollars goes towards the price of your appointment.

Cancellations
I value the client experience and your appointments is important to me. Therefore, I have set in place a cancellation policy.

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary so I request a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a cancelation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount. No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Most appointments are booked back to back therefor after 15 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment.

Late Policy
Anything after 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will be charged as so.

No-Show Policy
No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled appointment. Non-negotiable. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this.

Fees
All fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy will be charged to the credit card you leave on file when scheduling your appointment. No exceptions.

REFUNDS
There are no refunds on payments for services received in salon, fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy, or for any deposits made. If you are unsatisfied with a service, and notify me within 7 to 10 days, and I will make every effort find a solution to achieve your specific needs.
